· Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal, Visa, MC, and Discover all through a secure checkout.
We also accept Money Orders & Cashiers Checks for your shopping convenience. To pay by money order or cashiers check; Simply use the contact us link below to email us your shopping cart, and we can send you an invoice via e-mail for your selected items.
· Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged outside of Texas.
· Item Availability
All items listed on the site are available to put in your shopping cart & conveniently check out whenever you are ready. We will notify you within 24 hours via e-mail the status of your order; on rare occasions items may be on backorder or out of stock.
· Layaway
We offer a 30 day layaway plan, No Minimum. Layaway is available on custom orders, jewelry, diaper bags, and vintage items only. Terms are 20% of your total down, and balance due in 30 days. Your 20% is non-refundable. If we do not receive payment in full in 35 days your items are restocked & we retain your 20% down payment. To layaway now email your shopping cart to admin@divavalentine.com and your contract & secure payment link will be emailed in 24 business hours or less.
· Handling Time
Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. We reserve the right to use USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex carriers. Note: Few custom items are made to order and are noted as so. We will notify you the appropriate estimated delivery time via email within 24 hours of your placed order. Or you may also contact us to inquire about the stock availability & custom orders.

· International Orders
International orders may incur customs fees. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. It is your responsibility to verify the customs and duty charges and procedures in your country before placing your order. We are also not responsible for customs delays. Allow 10-15 business days for international custom orders to ship out. Please Note: Some items are not available for international shipping.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
We will accept your return within 7 days. Item(s) must be in original packaging, original condition and unused. Vintage items and custom orders are non-refundable as well as shipping fees on item(s) shipped or returned.
Please do not return any product to us without prior authorization. To obtain authorization, please call 512-731-5807 or send an email.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost returns mailed to us. We recommend you insure your return package.
Store credit will be issued within 14 days of return.
